  3. Transaction Fees:

    SocioShop does not directly process payments for your online store. Transaction fees charged by your chosen payment gateway are subject to their individual policies and are non-refundable by SocioShop.

  4. Domain Registrations:

    Fees for domain name registrations are generally non-refundable once the registration is processed. This is due to the policies of domain name registrars.

  5. Exceptional Circumstances:

    In rare and specific cases, SocioShop may consider issuing a refund or credit at its sole discretion. Such circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
