Meet Bhaskar Dangda, a trailblazer known for his creative thinking and commitment to changing the norm. He loves coming up with new ideas and breaking the rules to explore new territories. He strongly believes in putting customers first.
Bhaskar has worked with brands like Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ Hotstar, Idea Cellular, and Lava International. He has a strong record of leading and making successful business plans and marketing strategies. He has experience in various areas like Telecommunications, Smartphones, and Over-The-Top (OTT) services.
His influence as a thought leader has played a key role in the growth of small-screen technology. He's been part of important moments in smartphone and internet development. His roles in events like launching GSM services and introducing 3G data services showcase his impact. He's also been part of creating homegrown smartphone brands and rolling out OTT Ad-Supported Video On Demand (AVOD) and Transactional Video On Demand (TVOD) platforms.

Raana is an Enterprise and SMB sales leader with 19 years of extensive experience across IT Services and Solutions, Retail Tech, Omni Channel Commerce, and Fintech sectors.
His career began at Standard Chartered Bank and Citibank, contributing to their Retail Banking sales and HNI banking acquisition teams. In 2007, he co-founded Sapple Systems, where he managed sales and client relationships, leading to industry recognition, including NASSCOM and Deloitte accolades.
In 2012, Raana played a key role in launching a SaaS venture, collaborating with Sans Pareil Connect Pvt Ltd. He later joined Capillary Technologies in 2016, overseeing the India geo for Martjack, an eCommerce Cloud Platform, managing key client engagements with large retail brands, gaining exposure to Retail Tech, Loyalty Solutions, and Omni Channel commerce solutions.
Raana furthered his expertise in Fintech through roles at Razorpay Software (as Head of Key Accounts Management) and Paytm Payments (as Vice President and National Sales Head for their BFSI business) before joining TaptoHello as Co-Founder & CBO. His focus at TaptoHello is on crafting GTM strategies, driving client acquisition, and fostering business growth.
